📋 Campaign Rules
- 1. Publish a post with HuePhoto photos & disclose HuePhoto: Post publicly on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, Reddit, or any social platform. Your post must feature photos edited with HuePhoto (vintage film tones, polaroid white frames, layout collages), and you must disclose that you used 【HuePhoto】 in either the caption (e.g. tag #HuePhoto, mention 'camera: HuePhoto') or in the comments (e.g. pinned comment). Share your authentic photography—no rigid copy templates required!
- 2. Earn rewards based on Likes + Saves (combined): Reach the corresponding milestones to claim your Pro tier (see '🎁 Membership Rewards' above).
- 3. Leave a 5-star review on the App Store: Support our independent development journey by leaving an honest review and rating on the App Store.

- All valid submissions are processed and replied to within 1 business day. If you haven't received a response after 24 hours, check your Spam / Junk folder;
- If not in spam, please try re-sending from a different email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo recommended);
- Avoid sending from iCloud email addresses if possible, as iCloud frequently blocks third-party automated response emails;
- Strict anti-fraud policy: plagiarism, stolen posts, or recycled old posts will not pass verification.
- 6. Minimum 7-day interval between upgrade requests: If you already claimed a 1-month reward, please wait at least 7 days before requesting a 1-year upgrade when you reach 30 likes. Alternatively, you can wait until you reach 30 or 100 likes to send your very first email for the higher tier directly. Requests sent within 7 days of a previous claim will be automatically ignored.

- ●Post Retention：Your post must remain publicly accessible for at least 30 days. Deleting posts after code delivery may result in license revocation.
- ●No Duplicate Email Flooding：Do not send multiple identical emails in a short period. Spamming will trigger email blacklist filters and prevent delivery of promo codes.
- ●Keep It Authentic：Share your genuine photography and aesthetic feelings. Avoid aggressive advertising or spammy copywriting, which social algorithms will penalize with shadowbans.
- ●Prohibited Words in Posts：Do not write 'free code', 'promo code giveaway', 'like for like', 'F4F', 'sub for sub', or misleading sensationalist claims.
- ●Disqualification Criteria：Empty spam posts, stolen/plagiarized photos, hateful/offensive content, fabricated statistics, or editing pre-existing old posts will result in immediate disqualification.
- ●Anti-Fraud Audit：Do not use fake bot accounts, like farms, or multiple email aliases. Automated AI and periodic manual audits will revoke fraudulently obtained licenses.
- ●Malicious Blacklisting：Sending 5+ duplicate requests in a single day before receiving a reply will be flagged as an automated spam attack and permanently blacklisted.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. If I already got 1 Month Pro, can I still upgrade to 1 Year or Lifetime later?
A: Yes! As long as at least 7 days have passed since your previous claim, simply send an updated email with your new like count to upgrade.
2. Do I guaranteed get 1 Month Pro just by sharing?
A: Yes. As long as your post features authentic HuePhoto creations and follows disclosure rules without spammy advertising, publishing earns you 1 Month Pro.
3. Is there a deadline after posting to reach the like milestones?
A: No time limit! Even if it takes 6 months or a year for your post to reach 30 or 100 likes, you can still claim your 1-Year or Lifetime code at that time.
4. Can I still upgrade after the event end date if my post hits 30 or 100 likes?
A: Yes. The event end date (August 31, 2026) only limits when the post must be published. Posts created during the campaign remain eligible for upgrades indefinitely.
5. Will you automatically send me an upgraded code when my post reaches 30 or 100 likes?
A: No. We cannot track external social media like counts automatically. You need to send an email once you reach the milestone.
6. Is an analytics/dashboard screenshot required?
A: Yes. The screenshot must prove that the post was published from your own account (e.g. visible Insights button, edit options, or profile avatar).
7. What if the rules adjust in the future after I already received 1 Month Pro?
A: Send your email as usual. The system references the rules in effect at the time of your first participation to honor your upgrade.
8. Why haven't I received a reply even though my submission is eligible?
A: Eligible submissions receive a reply within 1 business day. Please check your Spam / Junk folder first. If not found, try re-sending from Gmail or Outlook (avoid iCloud Mail due to aggressive incoming filtering).
9. Do you offer giveaways for other apps from your studio, and can codes be combined?
A: Each app from our studio operates independently. Memberships and promo codes are non-transferable across different apps.
10. What if my mail app says 'domain does not exist / delivery failed'?
A: Try manually typing 'huephoto@drawdesign.online' instead of copy-pasting, as some mobile keyboards copy hidden invisible characters or zero-width spaces.
11. What if my code doesn't work or I have questions about a rejection?
A: Simply reply directly to the email. Do not DM social media accounts as support agents cannot verify automated promo code logs. The campaign email is monitored regularly.

Once you receive your promo code, follow these steps to activate Pro:
- Open the 【HuePhoto】 App on your device;
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner;
- Navigate to the 'Subscription / Premium' page;
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap 'Redeem Code';
- Paste your code (ensure no leading/trailing spaces) and tap confirm to unlock Pro privileges instantly!
Tip: You can also redeem directly in the iOS App Store by opening your App Store Account profile and tapping 'Redeem Gift Card or Code'.
